What's the deal with these free health tips? Well, picture this...
Sitting around a table is a GP, dietician, naturopath, personal fitness trainer and a life counsellor. They're having a robust discussion about how to improve YOUR health. They're debating everything from nutrition, exercise and mental wellness. All of a sudden one of them shouts "why don't we offer free health tips to anybody and everybody?" After a few seconds of silence they all erupt with cheers and start giving each other high-fives. "Let's do it" they shouted.
Sure, it's a little exaggerated but you get the point. No BS, just free health tips that are easy-to-follow, effective and safe.
